I discovered this new-to-me e-tailer recently and had the chance to try some of their products and I’m in love! You’ll see a few product reviews for Karess Krafters over the next couple of weeks here on my blog!
Karess Krafters makes handmade, bath and body products that are not only good for your body (they only use the best natural ingredients), but also deliciously scented and crafted as well. They’re also environmentally friendly! They purchase as many ingredients as possible from local farmers AND use 100% recycled packaging whenever possible. Who wouldn’t want to use something that SMELLS good, WORKS good, is GOOD for your body and eco-friendly? No guilt there!
Their soaps are a popular purchase, but they also make a huge variety of products like moisturizers, facial care, hair care and scrubs.
One thing that really stands out to be about Karess Krafters is that they list their ingredients right on their website, and even have an easy-to-navigate “Ingredient Dictionary” (what I like to call it!) so you can really learn about what you are putting on your skin. Nothing to hide here! I’m a huge fan of this concept!
PRODUCT REVIEW: Handmade Soap in Sandalwood Vetiver
The scent of this soap is what made me grab it up first! I love natural, earthy smells that smell clean and fresh, so this one is right up my alley! Sandalwood Vetiver is described as “warm and rich, yet very elegant as well is a blend of amber with hints of soft musk on a bed of clove, making it a unisex aroma that is to die for.” This definitely could be a unisex scent, but don’t let that scare you away for all your girly-girls! It really is warm and yummy. Perfect clean smell to use in the shower. Definitely a pick-me-up scent for me!
The texture of this soap is really soft and lovely. This soap specifically is made with Hemp Seed Oil, prefect for dry skin. Domestic beer and coconut milk are also added for moisture. It lathers well and feels so soft on the skin. It leaves you feeling clean and moisturized… I love that! It’s definitely one of my favorite soaps I’ve tried!
Here’s a picture I took of my sample:
You can follow them on Facebook here. They usually list an “Item of the Day” at a hefty discount… even thought their prices are already so reasonable!
